What began as a small brick-and-mortar trading room in Southern California has grown into a global platform trusted by thousands of traders worldwide.
Through years of trial, error, and innovation, Trade ATS has developed cutting-edge software, actionable strategies, and a supportive community to bridge the gap between retail traders and institutional-level success. HI, I'M WADE
Founder of Trade ATS, LLC
I was introduced to algorithmic trading in 2010. Since then I have been obsessed with understanding why and how markets of all types work.
Through the years I have spent 1000's of hours trading my own capital, developing my own black box systems and personally training and mentoring thousands of traders, many of which have reached high levels of success in their own trading careers.
Through Trade ATS, our software and education company, and ATS Capital Partners, our Prop Firm; it is mine and my teams mission to bring every resource a trader needs to succeed in this business under one roof. We provide a simple, straight forward path for those with drive and discipline to reach their trading dreams and goals.
It is through this realization of our grand vision that we have created unparalleled value and make more long term successful retail traders than any other firm has before us.

From Small Beginnings to Global Impact
Our story is one of resilience, innovation, and a relentless commitment to helping traders succeed. Here’s how we got here:
YEAR 2012
THE BEGINNING
We open a brick and mortar facility in Southern CA, dedicated to supporting ourselves and other traders on their journey to becoming professional retail traders. We hold basics courses helping people get into the industry and start hosting live trading group sessions every morning during the week. Doors open at 5:00 AM sharp!
YEAR 2014
THE EPIPHANY
Wade writes his first algorithm designed around smart money concepts. It works exclusively for the FXCM Trading Station Platform. He calls it Smart Money Profile.
It turns out to be a game changer and is widely adopted within our local trading community and institute.
YEAR 2015
THE GROWTH
Word rapidly spreads about our trading room and our unique trading software. We begin to grow. Our old office space is too small so we move. This gave us a chance to build our dream trading studio. It was a very fun place to be and taught us a lot about folks learning how to trade.
YEAR 2015
THE WAKEUP CALL
FXCM is banned from doing business in the united states for fraudulent practices. All of our software is designed to run on FXCM Trading Station. It can no longer be used.
The trading room looses it's momentum and we decide to close the doors and trade on our own.
YEAR 2018
THE REBIRTH
Wade rewrites the original SMP algorithm on MT4 for himself and a few remaining friends from the old office to use. He takes the opportunity to make several improvements so he will never get shut down again by any dishonest broker. He renames the new version, Action Threshold Software. Trade ATS is born!
YEAR 2019
THE EXPLOSION
Wade's content posted on youtube for fun ends up going massively viral. Turns out there is major hunger in the trading community for the truth of how markets really work.
Trade ATS begins to onboard way more people than it was ever designed to support. We quickly figure out how to scale and start helping people from all over the world learn to trade the right way.
YEAR 2022
INCREASING IMPACT
Over the last 4 years we have conducted 100's of live webinars, further honed our software and teaching methods; and in the process have made hundreds of successful traders all over the world. We think it is the right time to further increase the value to our loyal subscribers and friends by offering the one thing that people NEED to realize their dream of becoming a Pro Trader. Adequate Funding.
